#44 - Work out at least 3x's a week [IP]

Totally rocked this one this week.  Hit the gym 5x's!

Monday:  cardio/weight class
Tuesday:  ran 5K, then softball game
Wednesday:  elliptical, then softball game
Thursday:  ran 5K, then kickball game
Friday:  elliptical and 100 crunches

Bring on the weekend!  It's time to relax.  :-)
